Description

Native to Brazil, this perennial legume is low-growing to around 30 cm tall. It has a creeping, non-climbing habit that makes it an ideal ground-cover species for orchards and pastures.

Use: Provides year-round soil coverage, helping to suppresses weeds and conserves soil moisture. especially in for orchards and pastures.

Climate: Grows naturally in moderately humid to humid subtropical and tropical lowland to mid-elevation climates, generally in areas with annual lows of 16 to 20 °C, annual highs of 25 to 29 °C, annual rainfall of 1400 to 2500 mm.
